Cutting of 42” Diameter Steel Piles Offshore Kirkwall

CUT utilised our 74” diamond wire cutting machine, electric HPU, umbilical spooler, generator and subsea camera system to cut 42” diameter steel piles, 1” wall thickness, concrete filled. Cutting of 24.5″ OD Piles at Singapore Harbour

40 successful cuts completed by our experienced operatives at the Singapore Harbour, utilising our 30” DWCM to cut 24.5” OD piles. CUT have a base in Singapore and can mobilise our equipment and personnel from there.

Cutting of Valhall 2/4G Platform Jacket Legs

CUT have successfully completed all cuts for the Valhall 2/4G jacket decommissioning campaign. This 3rd offshore campaign involved cutting of jacket legs and piles, utilising our 50”, 64” and 80” DWCMs. A thorough cutting analysis, planning and preparations were carried out prior to mobilisation, resulting in safe and efficient cutting operations.

Cutting of 3080mm Casing & SSVBM Riser for NnG OWF Project

CUT used our 120” extended DWCM to cut a 3080mm diameter, 40mm WT casing, with internal riser (1.42m diameter and 22mm WT) and a soil pipe (220mm diameter, 12.7mm WT). The cut was completed in 9 hours, faster than expected. The image shown is of the riser.
