In addition to operating a vast fleet of Diamond Wire Cutting Machines / Saws (DWCM’s) ranging from 5.5” up to 288”, larger for the Wreck Cutting DWCM, CUT UK offer a complete design and engineered solution. You can browse through our range of Standard DWCM’s, Special DWCM’s and if these cannot solve your cutting requirement then we can design and manufacture a Bespoke solution based around your cutting requirement.
Diamond Wire cutting can be used to cut virtually any target at almost any water depth, with our deepest cut to date being at over 2700m below sea level. Cutting targets can range from small pipe line cutting, cutting pipelines with concrete or polymer coatings, riser cutting, mooring chain / anchor chain cutting, platform / jacket cutting / severance / decommissioning and removal.
CUT offer a 3D CAD service where we can show our tools in-situ based on the client requirements. Full project method statements are developed outlining methodologies and showing in details how a solution can be achieved.
Full FAT testing and trial demonstrations can be held in -house. Whether setup in our yard or in out 100m³ Cutting Test Tank at our purpose built facility.
Clients can supply cutting targets for a cutting trial or CUT UK can design and build an accepted representative mock up to prove methodology prior to project deployment.
