120" DWCM
The 120" DWCM is an extremely versatile cutting tool. Its modular form allows additional centre sections and spacers to be fitted increasing its overall cutting capacity from 120” Max OD to 180” max OD.
Additionally the 120” DWCM can perform step and castellated cuts to increase the stability of a platform after all legs have been cut.
The 120” is powered via surface umbilical and positioned using WROV or divers.
Additional buoyancy can be added and ‘trimmed’ to suit client requirements with a depth rating of up to 3000m. The structure of the DWCM acts as a crash frame to avoid damage to the main cutting and feeding assemblies of the DWCM during deployment and operation. The frame is fitted with ROV handles to facilitate ease of handling by WROV.
The 120" DWCM can be used to cut any target up to 120" OD, 165”OD or 180”OD including pipelines, vertical or inclines pipes, reinforced concrete, composite cables, concrete legs and other structures.
